Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of lenovo-eb.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message onΒ page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

I am satisfied, considering the purchase price was less than 1 euro. The box is made of low-quality plastic, but the headphones themselves are really good, maybe not for music, but for listening to podcasts, they are really very good. They don’t lose signal throughout the entire apartment, the microphone is weak, but if someone needs headphones for listening to podcasts, etc., or watching a movie on a tablet, I can recommend them. The right earphone seems to be quieter, but it’s not a problem. Are they worth the full price, without any discounts, just at the limit? For me, the quality-to-price ratio, or the discount for new users, works out very well.

Great for the price. If there is nothing playing, you can hear a very light buzzing sound, my daughter said it was loud on her iphone but connected to android i could barely hear it. Sound quality is good, volume is loud enough without getting to the point of hurting your ear. Touch sensitivity is a little much will pause music or activate voice commands when youre just trying to adjust them but overall great for the price

I ordered two lp40s. Both at an identical price, but one at a seller with review of 4.4 and one from this seller, having a 4.8 score. Both look identical but sound completely different. Hence, you can rely on customer reviews, while the buds from this seller sound correct. The audio of the microphone is perfect, like its connectivity. The sound quality while listening to music is sufficient or good. It cannot be compared to much more expensive buds, but the sound is definitely good enough. The build quality is excellent. However, the ear price is larger than those of the ht38. The stem is of the same small size. The fit is good and they do not fall out of the ear when running. However, the fit of the ht38 is better. The latter one is less well built and the sound is slightly less. In general, very nice earphones, capable of using for teams meeting and enjoying music.

The audio is great and it effectively mutes out noise. The battery lasts a long time: it takes a while to fully discharge to 0%, and you can still use it more than twice after it recharges itself in the case. The connection is good, and so far I haven’t had any issues with the sound quality or the material. The only issue is that it bothers me at the top of my ear, but I think that depends on the person. It’s also a bit confusing to know when the little box is fully charged, because the light always stays red when it’s on the charger. Overall, it’s a very good headset.

Don’t ask or argue, just buy this. The sound quality is decent, and there’s no worry if it gets lost or breaks down. At this price, even if you only use it for 3 months, you’ll still have some left over. I previously bought it for around 5,000 won, but now it’s around 8,000 won. Used for a maximum of 1 year and 8 months without any issues. Still, it fell to the ground and broke down. I lost it and gave it to a friend, so this is my 11th purchase.
