For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Haha, based on people’s reviews about this product, I confess that I was quite unsure about my purchase, but when the product finally arrived, I could calm down since my batch came in good condition. It met my expectations, which was to be better than my GM2 PRO. It just arrived at my house, but from what I’ve used it for, I really liked its sound and response time in games. I’ll use it as my main earphone for listening to music and making calls in games with my friends.

A pair of cost-effective multifunctional headphones. Aesthetically they are pleasant but nothing different from many other similar models on the market. The sound is “normal”, far from the quality of more prestigious models (but for 9 euros it’s acceptable), the volume is high and I would say the ANC is just fictitious (or at least there’s no apparent way to turn it on or off). It’s good to have a BT 6. 0 which allows you to play on PC thanks to the reduced latency (I am using them outside the house to play on my Legion 5 Gen 10 taking advantage of the compatibility of the BT6). 0), the only curiosity is that the confirmation message for activating and deactivating the game mode is in Chinese (I solved it by searching for the pronunciation on Google Translate and understood which corresponds to which). The built-in microphone works, it’s nothing special but people can hear you normally so there’s nothing to complain about. For the 9 euros they cost, they are a solid product, not special but functioning optimally.

I was super lucky because i was able to buy it with a 90% discount. Right after it arrived in my home, i used it for 3 straight hours and had no issues with comfort and also the battery reached 60%, which looks to be a good battery life

The sound signature is much different from my previous gm2 pros. These 209’s are more focused on balance and have a flatter eq profile than the obviously v-shaped gm2 pros. But the bass hits harder than the already excellent gm2 pro. The le209’s also can get quite loud. I find that they need no pre-amp. With the gm2 pros i had to give them about 2db preamp to reach an acceptable volume. My only small gripe with the le209 is that the treble is way too muted. But eq-ing fixes that perfectly. I noticed that the opening of the le209 is almost double that of the gm2 pro (left). Overall, the le209 makes substantially more volume without needing coaxing. But with the gm2 pro i had to fiddle with the settings to get it to open up to my liking. Another gripe with the le209 is that the touch area is a bit awkward to reach because of the forward angle on the earbud stems. It also doesn’t respond as fast as expected. Sometimes making me repeat touches unnecessarily.

I highly recommend it! The headphones came very well packaged inside a cardboard box, and there was another box with each headphone in its own small box sealed with plastic. I bought them during a promotion that included 3 headphones. Inside their respective boxes, there was an instruction manual (but only in English and Chinese), 3 replacement earbuds for the in-ear part, and the charging cable. They have already arrived with 100% charge. Its bass is wonderful, and it has the option to lower and raise the volume directly on the headphones. The battery lasts a loooooong time. We love it so much!

Although only used a few days, if they last they’ll be a great deal. One issue i encountered was that specifically on the song creep, the music sounds shallow and tinny with one earbud being used, but fine with both being used. Out of 150+ songs that’s the only bad thing i can say though. Still a good product if that is the only issue.
