Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

I owned a pair of these before that i used at the gym, and they are great for running! Compared to others ones that are touch, i prefer the button controls so i know which function i’m pressing, and switching between calls and going back to listening to music is great. A quick lesson i learned from my first pair is that the battery will eventually die out and stop working altogether. After misplacing them for a year, they were completely dead. I found an online manual, that mentioned to avoid leaving the earbuds in the case while they are completely depleted for long durations. So just be sure to keep the charged regularly to avoid battery degradation! Shipping was extremely fast (i think it took 6 business days to arrive in canada). And the product itself is brand new, in wrapping, in the box, and was super easy to connect via bluetooth.

Great earphones, I was a bit skeptical because they are inexpensive and a slightly older model with analog buttons and no app control or adjustments like most Bluetooth earphones today. But it met my needs quite well. I bought it with the intention of using it for training at the gym and running. My other earbuds fall out of my ear a lot, but this one stays stable and comfortable. The sound is very good for the price, good bass and good volume, the controls are basic and analog but work well. The material is of quality, the case charges with an indication of its own charge percentage, not that of the earphone. I’ve used it little, but I’ve already noticed that the consumption is about 10% per hour of use. For those who want a cheap and safe earphone, good for sports, I think it’s a good choice. It also doesn’t use touch controls, but rather buttons, with volume up and down buttons on both sides and buttons to skip forward and back in music. The headphones also muffle ambient sound a lot, so even without music, it’s hard to hear someone talking to you, for example. I can’t say exactly how long the battery of the earbuds lasts because I usually only use them at the gym, but using only the case, it lasts more than a week without charging. With that, I conclude that both the earbud and case battery life is very good. The case and earphones have an okay size, given the type of earphone offered.
